RED ALERT: U.S. Probation Office along with Deep State have plan to THWART and harass Brian’s appeals, legal case work, letter writing campaigns

The U.S. Probation office along with the Deep State CIA/NSA/DOJ/DHS/FBI have hatched a plan to permanently thwart, harass, and intercept all of Brian’s legal case work (legal papers are under attack) including his post-conviction motions, appeals, and letter writing campaigns. The letter writing campaigns were to Donald Trump’s campaign office, Tulsi Gabbard, Roger Stone, Matt Gaetz, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and any other person against the Deep State. Brian’s family is releasing evidence proving that the U.S. Probation Office has a plan to push more harsh and stricter supervised release conditions not only against Brian Hill living in his own apartment but apply these conditions to Brian’s mother in her own apartment and to anybody else in the entire Triplex/Apartment complex. The Probation office HAS GONE MAD. The U.S. Probation Office Haylea Workman may be pitting Brian’s mother against Brian in a psychological warfare operation. The evidence is being leaked and released as this is considered an emergency operation. This was approximately two weeks after the murder of Brian Hill’s family cat Tiger Hill. They are planning to search Brian’s mother’s entire apartment and harass her over playing video games, over any internet capable device even though it is all password protected. Brian’s mother is not on probation but they want to harass her too and search her private computer files. They want to hold Brian’s mother responsible and come after her. This will no doubt mess up Brian’s appeals before the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia. That is after Attorney Fred Smith was caught orchestrating and manipulating for taking away of Brian’s constitutional and statutory due process right to appeal an unfavorable decision in the Circuit Court of Martinsville in Virginia. The Feds were angry that Brian recorded his private conversations with his lawyer, and they were made public, so now the Feds want to prevent all of Brian’s legal cases and appeals by creating new supervised release conditions worse than the last conditions under Senior, USPO Jason McMurray. Brian made a statement about this and was very angry about Haylea Workman, accusing her of working for the Deep State, saying “I know what you’re doing!!!!”. Brian sounded very angry with a Make America Great Again (MAGA) cap and Trump campaign signs behind him as Brian wages political-war/information-war against the Deep State/CIA. He brings up that he believes Haylea his current supervising Probation Office is plotting to take away Brian’s ability and constitutional right to push for acquittal and/or a presidential pardon on the basis of judicial corruption. They are trying to start up a probation CRACKDOWN on Brian Hill and his mother Roberta Hill under the guise of “Administrative Office (AO) to release new cyber crime management conditions”. So, they are calling Brian a cyber-criminal over being set up with child porn in 2012. Brian has reportedly NO VICTIMS (according to his Pre-Sentence investigation report) and no children could be identified in the alleged “child porn” so it is clear that his whole case is an orchestrated set up operation. It is a manufactured case. A fraudulent case.

A few people who formerly worked for the CIA has admitted they can frame people, Jack Posobiec talked about the child porn set up attempt on Alex Jones in the context of a Brownstone operations. Tucker Carlson admitted that the Feds can frame people with child porn. The FBI threatened to set up Sharyl Attkisson’s husband.

Brian’s family will be leaking the phone call recordings with his former U.S. Probation Officer Jason McMurray, Senior U.S. Probation Officer who formerly supervised Brian over his supervised release. Brian wishes to prove that Haylea Worman is going against her original promise in November 2023, that she would keep the supervised release conditions and supervision the same as it was with Mr. McMurray. Now she wants new conditions which will put Brian’s mother under the thumb and harassment of Brian’s supervising officer even though Brian’s mom password protects both her Wi-Fi and computers. So that means Brian’s supervised release will be revoked if Brian’s mother refuses a search of her bra and underwear drawer, isn’t that nice and not perverted. Brian’s two former probation officers (1. Kristy Burton (Danville-USPO), 2. Jason McMurray (Roanoke-USPO)) have never gone this far. Haylea is the worst of the federal probation officers ever supervising Brian. They also wish to target Brian recording the conversations of every probation officer home visit, because Brian admitted in video that he does not trust Haylea Workman like he trusted Jason McMurray. Brian says his life may be in danger and he fears for his life. Look at how Tiger Hill got murdered and the Commonwealth’s Attorney may not push for a prosecution of the murder of Brian’s family cat.

See the fact that this Probation Officer is the first who wears a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shirt. The same organization (YES the DHS) involved in criminal activities such as human trafficking, sex trafficking, drug smuggling, and illegal immigration. Jason McMurray never wore this shirt, at least to Brian’s knowledge.

Brian’s probation officer coincidentally or non-coincidentally, after approving of Brian’s and his family’s little vacation to an AirBnB at Pebble Beach in Emerald Isle, North Carolina, Brian’s grandpa gets pulled over by a police officer. This is after the stoplight changes from green to red, not green to yellow and then to red. The police officer was likely directed to pull over Brian’s grandpa, likely by who knows, MAYBE it was Haylea Workman. There needs to be an investigation into this if possible. Such abuses of Probation Officer power. Harassment by using a policewoman from Emerald Isle Police Department.

Then in June to July of 2024, JusticeForUSWGO.NL web hosting and email server provider receives threatening emails at uswgo.com, along with over 900 emails asking to update payroll information. This was a criminal set up attempt to try to frame JusticeForUSWGO.NL with wire fraud, identity theft, and money laundering after the email addresses were hacked at @uswgo.com domain. This also happened after Haylea Workman became Brian’s probation officer. May be used as a justification to help crack down on Brian Hill if he is ever allowed to use the internet who hasn’t even gone back online. What a nice little set up attempt which did not happen when Jason McMurray had supervised Brian. Just saying. Not trying to blame Haylea for this, but the timing is weird. Haylea has a DHS shirt, and the DHS is involved in human trafficking for the illegal immigrants. Just saying.
