Brian was to self-report to federal prison by December 6, 2019, according to his motion requesting permission to travel and the earlier judgment from the U.S. district court.
However records from the public website of the federal bureau of prisons (FBOP) state that Brian was released on November 30, 2019.
Why was Brian released six days earlier than the ordered self-reporting imprisonment date of December 6, 2019?
It appears that Brian’s mother posted an article here earlier today as to Brian being released from federal prison due to the “First Step Act”.
Somebody apparently at the Department of Sentencing Computation Center (DSCC) computed that Brian had already served enough jail time and prison time during his mental evaluation to be released earlier.
So will Brian continually fight to prove his actual innocence and overturn his wrongful federal conviction once and for all?
The dishonorable judge Thomas D. Schroeder had been reported to have filed a premeditated order months ago planning on Brian’s maximum imprisonment. Brian had filed a writ of mandamus asking for the court to stay his imprisonment and order the lower court to vacate fraudulent begotten judgments. That may not be needed at this point.
