Evidence of former Martinsville Police Chief G. E. Eddie Cassady and Commonwealth’s Attorney Glen Andrew Hall illegally destroyed evidence and obstructing justice is filed in Federal Court records

Brian D. Hill the former news reporter of USWGO Alternative News has filed evidence in Federal Court of the crimes of Commonwealth’s Attorney Glen Andrew Hall (Andy Hall) in the City of Martinsville, and former police chief G. E. (Eddie) Cassady for allowing illegal destruction of evidence after being mailed multiple letters from Brian Hill asking for the evidence before it was illegally destroyed. Now it is available at CourtListener.com at no cost to the American people and human intelligence. White Hats may use this to arrest and prosecute both Glen Andrew Hall and G. E. Cassady for high crimes and malfeasance.

Glen Andrew Hall committed a high crime and misdemeanor, committed a crime while he was serving public office. He violated Virginia Code § 18.2-456. He violated this law by disobedience of two to three court orders. Since there was a federal investigation going on after Brian’s arrest with the police not knowing about him being exposed to an odorless gas called carbon monoxide until the next year in 2019; deletion of evidence when it didn’t even comply with policy of Martinsville Police Department is obstruction of justice under Title 18 U.S. Code § 1519 – Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy.

Government has been proven by Brian Hill to be the lawbreaker and evidence cover up artist in Brian’s state criminal case from September, 2018. When Government aka the Commonwealth Attorney has been proven to be the lawbreaker, they are illegitimate in office. A lawbreaker is serving public office acting as though they enforce the law when they do not if it against their own breaking laws.

As an outside party who is concerned about this issue of a District Attorney or Commonwealth Attorney being allowed to break the law as many times as they wish without ever facing any consequences, I had to take action on my part. I had also warned the City Council for the city of Martinsville that federal filings were made public exposing the crimes of G. E. Cassady and Glen Andrew Hall. The crimes have been committed, to have been documented that these crimes exist and have been committed, and yet nobody is doing anything about it. Question is can the city council do anything or can they even investigate these crimes??? I do not know but somebody needs to. Somebody needs to hold them accountable.

Here are the emails correspondences proving that the City Council of Martinsville is fully informed of the crimes being committed here. As to whether they will take action on this or investigate this, I do not know.

The evidence is in, it is filed on Courtlistener, on PACER.GOV. Anybody can search up the name of G. E. Cassady, Glen Andrew Hall, or even Martinsville to possibly find these pleadings in court records. These crimes are being exposed. We tell the truth because somebody has to tell the truth. Don’t expect the local media to cover this but we will.
