Another leak just came from Brian’s family of a text message between Brian D. Hill and Roger Stone dated February 9, 2025, which is less than two weeks before the supervised release modification hearing planned in Roanoke federal court on February 18, 2025. He (referring to Roger Stone) appeared to have been trying as hard as he possibly could to bring justice to Brian D. Hill. To get Brian’s life back restored, tp be made whole. Brian is formerly the news reporter of USWGO Alternative News at uswgo.com. Brian is still being held hostage by the corrupt U.S. Probation Office and U.S. Department of Justice. Brian is still being held hostage even till this day. Brian has Autism and OCD too. Brian was an autistic online journalist and interviewed people as press.
Here are the text messages which were during the period when Brian was allowed to use a smart phone because of Senior U.S. Probation Officer Jason McMurray, Brian’s former U.S. Probation Officer. Roger Stone was given evidence of Brian’s case files many years ago, and Roger Stone had signed the return receipt for that evidence. It’s unclear how much evidence Brian had sent to Roger Stone, but he can easily look up Brian’s case files on PACER.GOV or even CourtListener.com. Roger said he had got all the information he needed to know that what happened to Brian Hill is wrong and illegal.
If Roger Stone feels with the current case files and evidence that Brian was wrongfully convicted, then why is the U.S. Probation Office holding Brian hostage???

This was Brian D. Hill on June 2012, a month before his computer was hacked into starting up the set-up operations against him. Brian was once associated with Alex Jones of Infowars and Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers. It also should be noted that there was a child porn set up attempt on Alex Jones too.
Brian was not targeted for a crime; he was targeted for being a journalist.

Yet he is having to serve 14 years of supervised release for a crime he is innocent of. The U.S. Probation Officers do not care and love to hold Brian hostage. They ignore evidence if any is favorable to whom they supervise. The only good Probation Officer who actually cared to do his job but be fair with Brian Hill was Jason McMurray, Senior United States Probation Officer in Roanoke, Virginia. God bless his soul. (b)Authorized Terms of Supervised Release.—Except as otherwise provided, the authorized terms of supervised release are—
Brian was wrongfully convicted of a Class C felony and yet was ordered ten years of supervised release which is outside the legal scope of authorized federal law and was given an additional four more years of supervised release to his ten years over a misdemeanor which also should not have happened. Stewart Rhodes had 3 years of supervised release slapped onto him in his case for each charge. Brian was legally only supposed to have served three years which would have ended on November, 2017. That is the exact law, and there are no exceptions as noted when reviewing over this law. Maybe there is, but Brian had never groomed any minors, Brian never raped, Brian never molested, Brian is a virgin, Brian has no victims, Brian never was charged with any assault, Brian never murdered, and Brian never shoplifted. Brian is a virgin with autism spectrum disorder and OCD. They turned Brian’s autism into a criminal act, tortured Brian.
Brian only had one count when he was charged and yet was given way longer supervised release term which exceeds what Congress prescribed under federal law for Brian’s class of his charge. Brian is illegally serving supervised release. They are illegally harassing and bullying Brian Hill. The U.S. Probation Office should be ashamed of themselves, what a bunch of bullies and thugs.
Brian Hill is being held hostage. Roger Stone is right; Brian’s criminal conviction is wrongful and illegal.
Brian is innocent of all charges including the misdemeanor. Brian has autism and OCD. Brian has never been accused of rape, murder, molestation, arson, physical assault, and never accused of any violent crime. Brian has no victims according to his Pre-sentence Investigation Report as sourced from what he has repeatedly brought up in federal court documents. Brian is innocent and was accused of non-violent offenses. Brian is being politically held hostage and deserves a pardon now.
