Federal Appeals Court IGNORES THE LAW, throws out Habeas Corpus Appeal and Hazel Atlas Fraud Motions Appeal

The U.S. (Federal) Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in Richmond, Virginia has totally IGNORED THE LAW, they have ignored the laws of the Court and laws of SCOTUS. They just threw out Brian D. Hill of USWGO Alternative News’s three remaining Federal Appeals. Two appeals were consolidated into one in his Writ of Habeas Corpus denial appeal (2255 motion). They threw both of them out without an opinion, without comment, denying both Petitions for Rehearing, on the date of August 17, 2021. Anybody reading this article should get this out to every lawyer, to every single person who may be ignorant about the Federal Court System and how corrupt it truly is. This was never about what crime they had originally charged Brian with. This was about the Obama Administration or any other Cabal associate getting revenge on Brian for operating USWGO Alternative News from 2009 to 2012, and/or for defeating Righthaven LLC by not settling with them until they knew they had no standing to have ever sued and folded. It is clear as day that this is about revenge. When Judges ignore the laws when favorable to Brian Hill who was charged with a crime in 2013, then the Judges are not following the law. They disagree with a law and not follow it and not rule a law unconstitutional but just simply refuses to enforce any law favorable to Brian the criminal defendant, then that is TREASON OF THE HIGHEST ORDER.

It took a lot of days before this can be proven. YouTube is suppressing and shadow banning USWGO YouTube channel in a number of ways. They, referring to the corrupt the Deep State Swamp didn’t like how viral the videos were getting. Videos about (1) Proof that Brian D. Hill; USWGO Alt. News, was TORTURED into Falsely Pleading Guilty – YouTube, (2) Proof that Brian D. Hill; USWGO Alt. News, is INNOCENT, being HELD HOSTAGE by Corrupt Federal Court – YouTube. Usually YouTube viewer suppression, likes suppression, comment suppression, and even YouTube channel subscription/subscriber suppression is an attempt by Big Tech to suppress the viewpoints and perspectives that they don’t like because it doesn’t fit the narratives they want on their platform. They know that outright censorship could lead to the Streisand effect. So shadow banning is the next form of more sinister censorship. It was getting a lot of views, and it still is. It’s just how views can be dropped within thousands or video likes just start mysteriously drop to a lower number, that is when you know the slow and mysterious shadow ban operation is taking place. If it can be documented and proven by taking forensic screenshots at random times each day, it can prove the YouTube view count manipulation. BitChute did censor our videos but then a militia group calling themselves the “Rogue Nation Eternal Militia” uploaded one of those videos to BitChute and so far it has not been censored. So censorship does lead to other people reuploading videos back to a platform which conducted the censorship, it does not work in the long run. That is why pro-censorship controlled platforms use the more sneakier form of censorship known as shadow banning. They don’t delete or remove content, they leave it there but make it more difficult for the content to simply be viewed by different forms of rank manipulation and other forms of manipulation behind the scenes.

Received word from a GAB.com user, that 8Chan which had became 8Kun, it’s web server have been down and not operational without explanation as of yet. The Gab user said “Be advised. The board is down. QResearch is under attack.” and it could have been by DDoS attacks as was common with USWGO ALternative News, prior to Brian being framed with child porn his website at uswgo.com received traffic spikes which Brian assumed his web host didn’t like the traffic spikes and used that to suspend his website and demand more money, but later on Brian figured out that it was DDoS attacks that were meant to look like traffic spikes to his website. So QResearch was likely taken down by DDoS hacker attacks. 8Kun which was 8Chan was a chan board website where the infamous QAnon postings have been done for years while President Donald Trump was in office from 2017 to the end of his first term in January, 2021. 8Kun was where information/intelligence drops (some with code words and code language) by the so-called QAnon using the same tripcode and sometimes posts come in which may have been another tripcode but were also examined by the researchers and Anons who followed the political movement of QAnon. QAnon is not the name of the real group, but was a name or nickname that described such group, as Q level is a security clearance in the Intelligence services of the United States Military, and the “Anons” were there online to interact with the Q poster on there and each QAnon post with the letter “Q” was considered a Q Drop. That is pretty much what I believe describes this political movement, based on that. If I am slightly off on that, please advise via comments. Worldwide was QAnon supported, from Japan to Europe to Africa, so many people worldwide had followed QAnon and there were hundreds to thousands upon thousands of QAnon supporting tweets, this I had personally witnessed, even QAnon-Army QArmy Japan twitter accounts. Can’t show any of that to you because they were all purged from Twitter after the January 6, 2021 incident. May still be found via Wayback Machine somewhere.

The Corrupt Middle District of North Carolina and Corrupt Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in Richmond, VA continue stalling all Federal criminal and civil appeals after Brian D. The corrupt Federal Judge Thomas David Schroeder, Middle District of North Carolina had denied uncontested motions which would have ended the illegal fraudulent criminal sentence of Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News. Brian is ACTUALLY INNOCENT and had been proven with the uncontested motions of Brian’s actual innocence. It may take a lot of time to review over the Federal Pleadings but all prove Brian’s innocence. Brian was entitled to remedy and relief as a matter of law aka Local Rule 7.3 and Due Process Clause. Even the U.S. Supreme Court said Actual Innocence overcomes procedural time bars. Fraud on the Court and proven fraud perpetuated by the U.S. Attorney Office which are Government lawyers mean that Brian David Hill is innocent of his charge possession of child pornography.

They don’t just force criminal defendants to take Guilty Plea Agreements, they forced Britney Spears into an almost-permanent lifelong Conservatorship until she dies of old age even though it’s clear she is competent enough to be a celebrity which has a lot of potential stressors such as paparazzi, constant media coverage, no privacy, and having to work many hours in the entertainment industry to satisfy the Executives of the RIAA, MPAA, or whatever corporation in the entertainment industry. Celebrities can work hard, make a lot of good pay, so why would they even need to be under a human liberty depriving conservatorship?
