Archive.is the personal wayback machine had the only copy of a Twitter tweet page of deceased (since 2019) Issac Kappy. The website archive.is has shut down or disappeared without explanation. Luckily the deadman’s code of Isaac Kappy is still alive somewhere online. The same deadman’s hash for encrypted password code for the alleged child rape and murder blackmail videos, prior to Isaac Kappy being forced off a bridge, and prior to being murdered. The website has disappeared and a screenshot was captured about this issue. If the website does not come back, the deadman’s hash key for the password has disappeared down the memory hole forever, at least from the link in the letter to Lin Wood. Luckily we have a printout of this hash code from Isaac Kappy. Archive.is may be gone forever, it may not be gone forever, and so here is a copy of the Isaac Kappy hash code for the password to the alleged blackmail evidence. Could it be gone forever??? Censorship??? Behind the scenes threats??? Deep State shut down of website??? We checked web.archive.org of the Isaac Kappy tweet and only one archived copy was found regarding that deleted tweet on Twitter since they had suspended the deadman Isaac Kappy’s account Isaac Kappy on Twitter. It’s all being purged up one side and down the other. Save this in case that copy disappears and is scrubbed off of the internet. If it does get scrubbed, they are likely coming for all copies. Beware!

The time has come. Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News, is challenging CORRUPT Chief U.S. District Court Judge Thomas David Schroeder with a new 2255 Motion filed with the U.S. District Court. It was filed on January 27, 2022. He has now directly accused this Judge of being possibly one of those in the alleged blackmail videos alleged by Attorney L. Lin Wood on Twitter last January in 2021. Brian has asserted why he believes this Judge “may or may not be” blackmailed with “child rape” and “murder” as alleged by Attorney L. Wood on Twitter. He had accused this judge of being a possible blackmail target in his Judicial Complaint filed last year but the Judicial Council of the Fourth Circuit had refused to review over the alleged blackmail videos to determine if this Federal Judge is in one of those or if Brian was mistaken. Brian will apologize if he is wrong, but Brian feels certain that Federal Judges are being blackmailed with child rape and murder. Brian files a copy of a threatening email (TORMAIL?) as evidence in the Federal Court. That email details a threatening email that Attorney Susan Basko had received in 2015 which claimed that they would have this Chief Federal Judge set up to be the presiding Judge and would make this Judge convict Brian after another attempt to frame Brian with child pornography in 2015, that attempt had failed as Brian promptly and in good faith reported the child porn set up attempt attack against Brian D. Hill to his ex-Probation Officer Kristy L. Burton. Brian could not have been charged under that law due to the affirmative defense of reporting a frame up attempt to a Law Enforcement officer. That threatening email insinuated that the child porn frame up artist or artists have control of particular Federal Judges to do their bidding, not just email child porn and malware to patriots. U.S. Court of Appeals, Judicial Council of the Fourth Circuit had made the grave mistake of dismissing and denying the entire Judicial complaint by Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News, without verifying the identities of the child rape and murder blackmail videos alleged by Attorney L. Lin Wood. They dismissed and denied the Petition for Review asking to reopen the complaint and review over each and every child snuff blackmail videos to confirm the identities of those in the child rape blackmail videos. me alleging that they were forced to do what the blackmailers wanted until the blackmail was no longer holding any value. Lin Wood had been under increased attacks in the mainstream corporate media by who Lin Wood describes as the “deep state”. The Clerk’s Office covered up or refused to file this letter containing this evidence a few months ago for whatever the reason may be. Brian kept being persistent and filed a copy of that covered up letter a second time, this time it was filed.

If Attorney Lin Wood was wrong about any of his claims? WHY is he still licensed to practice law while Rudy Giuliani was suspended in Washington DC and New York to practice law days to weeks ago?

Ever since those allegations were brought up, his Federal and State criminal cases have stalled without explanation, no judicial decisions are being made at this time, whatever the case may be. Bringing forth allegations that Judges involved in Brian’s criminal and/or civil cases may have done heinous acts such as raping kids and being videotaping doing such heinous acts, and those type allegations of a criminal nature regarding our Judges in our Courts would cause an internal investigation if not FBI and DOJ investigations if the source is credible. Even informed his Probation Officer of the blackmail and a possible suspect of who may have the motive to frame Brian with child porn to ruin his character with character assassination or the child porn set up may have been a revenge plot against Brian in 2012 over something of Brian having evidence in 2012 against somebody in regards to something involving Brian, but Brian is not at liberty to bring up the suspect’s name until he/she has been charged and convicted in Court in the future. The only Court not stalling Brian’s case is the U.S. Supreme Court unless allegations of child rape and murder are made against the Justices of SCOTUS. The letters not being released are not being released in case the Feds want this kept secret or prefer that it be kept secret until all matters are sorted out. This may be good news for Brian depending on if our suspicions are true, and Brian’s suspicions are proven true.

Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News had gotten more bolder in filing a pleading in Federal U.S. Court of Appeals accusing Federal Judges of being blackmailed with child rape and murder, that Attorney L. Lin Wood is the source of this information. He has finally gotten more bolder as this is the third Court system of him bringing up the allegations of Judges being blackmailed with child rape and murder. First was the Federal Court in Roanoke, VA under the Chief Judge Francis Urbanski, second was a letter filed with the Court of Appeals of Virginia which is a State Appeals Court (not Federal), and the third is now this recent filing. Brian is asking for the Judicial Council of the Fourth Circuit to investigate the blackmail evidence, and subpoena Lin Wood to determine if Judge William Lindsey Osteen Junior and / or Thomas David Schroeder were ever targets of the blackmail scheme. If this is ever proven true, then Brian is entitled to either a New Trial in his Federal Criminal case or complete acquittal and removal from the Sex Offender Registry as a wrongfully convicted innocent man and was a victim of an partial corrupt Federal Judge who was blackmailed with child rape to prevent Brian from ever receiving a fair and impartial administration of justice. Essentially Brian would be deprived of Due Process of Law under the 5th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news has finally filed evidence with the Court of Appeals of Virginia in a typed letter accusing the Virginia state judges of being possibly blackmailed, with up to nine exhibits concerning attorney L. Lin Wood’s tweets regarding the judges and politicians being blackmailed with child rape and murder, compromised Courts.
