Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news filed two petitions for appeal with the Court of Appeals of Virginia. They disappeared days later and he is now being held hostage to his corrupt compromised defense attorney John Jones who is refusing to file any pleadings with the Court which is a plot to dismiss Brian’s direct criminal appeals. Brian is being held hostage to a corrupt court appointed lawyer who was caught not filing any pleading with the Court before Brian’s appeals were dismissed by the Court for no filings by the deadline. This blog forgot to include Brian’s other appeal. Brian filed three petitions for appeal with the Virginia Appeals Court. Two of them had been disappeared by the Clerk’s office without explanation. The Clerks are putting Brian in a position of a second legal hostage situation where Brian is being held hostage to his court appointed lawyer holding Brian’s fate in his hands and that lawyer failed him and is refusing to even communicate with his client, yet is being held to be forced to do what this lawyer wants and this lawyer is wrecking his appeals without explanation. Another situation of being held hostage to corrupt Federal Judges and now corrupt lawyers that is supposedly representing him. The treason keeps stacking up high and the Judicial Corruption continues on as usual against Brian.

He had cited evidence filed in his case in Circuit Court proving that he was not medically and psychologically cleared on September 21, 2018. This disproves the element of the Martinsville Police criminal charge against him made on September 21, 2018. This can help prove his actual innocence. Also his appeal demonstrates that he never actually plead guilty at all. The Judge struck the words plead guilty as the Judge even knew at the time that Brian never said he was guilty and never thought that Brian was guilty but his lawyer was so ineffective that he had to technically convict Brian even though Brian never plead guilty.

In that letter he decided to paste some censored Tweet screenshots from L. Lin Wood in January, about judges and politicians being blackmailed with child rape and murder. Is he essentially accusing the Judge in Martinsville, Giles Carter Greer and any or all Virginia Judges of being possibly a blackmailed Judge? He is putting out the information about this and this will likely stir up anybody who was ever blackmailed by the U.S. intelligence agencies as attorney Lin Wood had spoken of. Lin Wood requesting affidavits of the blackmail videos obtained by “Lizard Squad” that Lin Wood had tweeted about in January. Brian has requested that Donald Trump authorize an investigation into the blackmail videotapes concerning the Federal Judges and any other person involved in the criminal case against Brian Hill. He says he wants the evidence and is hinting that he will subpoena Lin Wood, Donald Trump, Sidney Powell and General Michael Thomas Flynn if he has to in order to obtain the evidence for his acquittal. Brian demands that he receive any evidence to have himself permanently acquitted of his federal conviction.

Hill but is happening to many others who don’t have media connections and don’t have political connections to be able to fight it easily. He also confirms what others are claiming that the Fourth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals are entirely and thoroughly corrupted. No RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY: U.S. Supreme Court throws out second Certiorari Petition in USWGO news Brian D. Hill’s criminal case
The U.S. Supreme Court had thrown out Brian’s second petition requesting relief in his federal criminal case, that he was deprived of trial by jury. That is Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news. In this appeal case he had a lawyer named Edward Ryan Kennedy and was not done pro se, yet the Supreme Court treated the petition as if it doesn’t even mean anything and isn’t worthy of review. This finalizes the second supervised release violation against Brian D. Hill, and deprives him of the Constitutional right to a trial by jury. Yes this should scare any American. The Supreme Court had ruled last year that all Supervised Release violators are entitled to a trial by jury which gives them more Constitutional protections such as proving guilt beyond reasonable doubt or a conviction should not be made by the Jury.
