Note: USWGO Alt News reporter mails remaining 2nd joint letters to Congress

News reporter Brian D. Hill, formerly of defunct USWGO Alternative News, has filed a response letter and evidence disc to U.S. Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia regarding the corruption of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Copies mailed to U.S. Senator Kaine (D-VA) and U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) have both been confirmed as delivered by the United States Postal Service according to the tracking numbers of two certified mail receipts.

The evidence is in regards to the FBI being caught lying to U.S. Senator Tim Kaine’s office staff. This is further proof that the FBI will just lie to Congress, they are above the law, and can do whatever they want outside of law. When they can lie to Congress, they can lie to federal Judges, they can lie to the American people, they can lie to the members of the media, they can do whatever they want.

Brian’s mother, Roberta Hill, has emailed me a WinRAR encrypted archive (w/password) of everything that was inside of the mixed Audio/DATA CD disc that was mailed to the U.S. Congress. So far it appears that the copies of the evidence and letter (directed at U.S. Senator Tim Kaine) have not yet been mailed to U.S. Senator Mark Warner (D-VA), and U.S. Congressman Mark Walker (R-NC).

It appears that Brian has finally decided to send copies of (1) various faxes of evidence that he had faxed to different FBI office fax numbers in the past, (2) copies of the Audio file recordings of the voicemails he had left with the Greensboro FBI office, (3) copies of the Audio file recordings of the voicemails the Greensboro FBI office had left with Brian, (4) copy of the originally faxed Joint Congressional request letter in regards to the Greensboro FBI corruption, (5) Stuff that he had already faxed to the FBI concerning documents he was preparing prior to faxing, (6) his response to U.S. Senator Tim Kaine regarding the Greensboro FBI corruption, (7) copies of mailing record and documentation that was originally mailed to the FBI duty agent Jerry Pickford in the FBI office in Greensboro, (8) and a copy of his original FOIA request to the FBI and their response with the FOIA request tracking number.

It appears that Brian has sent a lot of information about the corrupt Greensboro, NC FBI office, and mentioning about the corruption of the U.S. Attorney Office for the Middle District of North Carolina. All of that has appeared to have been mailed to the U.S. Congress. So the offices of both U.S. Senator Tim Kaine and U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith of Virginia have received the evidence of the audio tracks of the Audio side of the disc and then the documents inside of the DATA side of the disc. The 9 page letter, the envelope scans, scans of the CD-ROM discs, and certified mail receipts that were proposed for the letter have all been mailed.

What is Brian trying to prove here to the U.S. Congress? That the corruption aka the swamp of the FBI that Donald Trump and House Republicans have referred to does not just exist at the higher levels of the FBI. Brian is trying to prove to Congress that corruption can also exist at local FBI regional offices or even field offices. That the Deep State (shadow government) swamp (Drain the swamp) doesn’t just take on positions of only the highest offices of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. FBI, but can take on positions of authority and respect at lower levels in local areas with federal buildings.

Brian appeared to have responded out of feeling discontent of the FBI response letter to U.S. Senator Tim Kaine’s office, and has accused the FBI of lying to Congressional staffers or has misled them on the basis of false information. False information in regards to their claims that Brian had provided no facts of a violation of federal law and that his allegations stem from a 2015 criminal court case when the docket sheet shows that his criminal court case had started in November, 2013.

Brian is now asking for impeachment of the U.S. FBI personnel in Greensboro, NC.

Brian is now asking for impeachment of U.S. Probation Officer Kristy L. Burton for perjury.

Brian is now asking for Congress to hold an inquiry in regards to the corruption and dereliction of duty at the Greensboro, NC FBI.

Brian is sounding the alarm that they should be concerned that the FBI is even lying to Congressional staffers, even on the claims against Brian.

Brian seems to want the U.S. Attorney Office to be held accountable for their crimes.

Brian has explained that if they sit back and do nothing while they allow crimes of perjury to be committed by a Government employee, that Brian will fight for a pardon of actual innocence from U.S. President Donald trump, but will also ask for a pre-charge pardon (U.S. President has the authority to issue a pardon prior to a suspect even being criminally charged) to block the U.S. Attorney office from charging Brian with perjury over his false guilty plea under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure since his false guilty plea (perjury) was obtained by ineffective assistance of counsel which unconstitutionally deprives him of his guaranteed Sixth Amendment U.S. Constitutional right to effective assistance of counsel according to the U.S. Supreme Court. Brian is arguing that if Kristy L. Burton cannot be charged with perjury for making multiple false statements while testifying on the stand in federal court, then he will not recognize being charged with perjury himself over only his false guilty plea agreement that he was forced into by circumstances.

Brian is ready to go to bat against the FBI in Greensboro. Brian is on a mission against the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation until they stop their corruption and criminal activities. He even called them a Criminal Enterprise of some sorts. The FBI has essentially become a pack of lawless thugs now that protect their own no matter how many laws are broken among their ranks.
