Stanley Bolten,
For those that think Brian D. Hill of USWGO Alternative News isn’t innocent in his criminal case but may be ignorant of the facts of innocence brought out in his Habeas Corpus petition, I felt the need to publish links to his 2255 motion and brief filings for everybody to review.
The facts of his innocence were brought out from affidavits from Brian’s three additional witnesses Roberta, Kenneth, and Stella. Then there is also the attorney who was the witness named Susan Basko who filed her own Declaration (CourtListener mirror) regarding Brian’s actual innocence.
Anyways here I begin with posting the evidence of Brian’s actual innocence that wasn’t posted entirely in this blog before because I was focusing on things in January, 2018. However I didn’t really give my blog readers and researchers any links to get complete and open access to Brian’s entire 2255 motion, brief (also known as a memorandum), declarations of additional evidence, and then let the American people and others worldwide come to their own conclusions over whether they think Brian is actually innocent or guilty.
Don’t take my word for it, do your own research. I have centrally provided this material here on this blog that was sourced from RECAP and other archives, and this blog may not always be here. It could be shut down next week, next month, next year, at any time. That is why I recommend that you save these blog pages as HTML files or PDF files, download the court documents I have linked to here, and you can continue your research on Brian’s innocence claims even in the event this blog could be shut down over any false allegations or gag orders.
Here is the evidence material:
2255 Motion – Motion to Vacate/Set Aside/Correct Sentence (2255)
Document #125 (CourtListener, Archive.org)
Note: 2255 Motion which does cite the attached memorandum/brief is declared under penalty of perjury and any false statement in the 2255 motion is a perjury charge. So the 2255 motion was filed in good faith.
Notice to Clerk asking for certain documents to be filed in color (2255)
Document #127 (CourtListener, Archive.org)
Note: Brian never demanded that the documents be filed in color but simply requested it and explained why it was important. Brian has every right to request that the Clerk file a particular piece of evidence in color inside of the CM/ECF system since Brian doesn’t have electronic access to the Court’s filing system.

The witnesses in this document (sealed copy without redactions) could testify in Brian’s actual innocence case or even at another jury trial if a new trial is ordered after overturning Brian’s wrongful conviction. The signatures were collected from various locations such as the Town of Mayodan, the Town of Madison, the Town of Wentworth, the City of Reidsville, and the City of Eden.
So there you have the 2255 Habeas Corpus filings regarding what Brian David Hill has in his claims of actual innocence and prosecutorial misconduct which includes “fraud on the court” which also includes but not limited to perjury and filing false information in court documents or even federal agency records.
