Brian D. Hill files Motion for Sanctions against Martinsville Circuit Court Clerk Ashby R. Pritchett for filing four false certifications in the Court of Appeals of Virginia with incomplete records while falsely certifying them as complete records of the inferior Court

Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News had filed a Motion for Sanctions in the Court of Appeals of Virginia against Ashby R. Pritchett of the Circuit Court for the City of Martinsville. As well as additional motions asking to restart two appeals. The reason why is that he had filed a total of four false certifications that he transmitted the entire record of the Trial Court, when the evidence had shown that he lied four different times by transmitting only a portion of the entire record of the Court for the appeals. These are appeals concerning new evidence of actual innocence of Brian Hill of his state charge in September 21, 2018. Evidence proves that the Clerk had transmitted a portion of the entire record of the Trial Court while giving a false certification that he transmitted such a complete record of the Trial Court in his criminal case to the Court of Appeals. This is a serial abuse or a serial fraud issue by an officer of the Court. It is what Brian dubs as “a fraud upon the Court of Appeals of Virginia”. The record portions which were covered up in false certification include a Motion for a new trial with evidence of the culprit who lied in response to Brian’s complaint about The Chimney Sweep causing the poisoning of Brian Hill and Roberta Hill with carbon monoxide gas exposure two weeks short of an entire year. Another Motion for new trial includes evidence of deletion from the medical chart of ordered lab tests while the Martinsville Police Officer Robert Jones said under penalty of perjury that Brian was medically and psychologically cleared. Brian filed evidence of serious medical neglect by Dr. Brant Hinchman of Sovah Health Martinsville which was once Martinsville Memorial Hospital in Virginia. Brian is asking for nullification of his entire state criminal case due to the fraud upon the court being repeated over and over again by an officer of the Circuit Court. The fraud extends to the corrupt Commonwealth Attorney Glen Andrew Hall for pushing for a wrongful conviction of Brian Hill while being made aware by pro se filings that Brian was not medically and psychologically cleared at the time of his arrest, and had evidence of dehydration around the time of his detainment and transportation to the hospital by ambulance. This evidence was also filed in Federal Court too since it proved that Brian never violated his supervised release as charged, since he was never truly medically cleared as previously assumed by police. It proves how corrupt and rigged the courts are with a over 90% highly successful conviction rate when they ignore evidence in sheer violation of due process of law.
