Now the record has changed on supremecourt.gov for the case of ‘United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina’. The U.S. solicitor general is now Jeffrey Wall, in the Supreme Court case of Brian D. Hill of USWGO alternative news. Now it is no longer under Noel Francisco who had resigned from his post at the justice department.
The image above from the Supreme Court website shows that “Noel Francisco” is no longer listed as the lawyer involved for the United States in this case but has changed to “Acting Solicitor General” and the name is “Jeffrey B. Wall”.
I have done some quick research into this Jeff Wall [PDF file of Wikipedia post], as well as looking up his viewpoints on the federal criminal case of Lt. General Michael Thomas Flynn.
Sourced from Reuters – https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trump-flynn/u-s-appeals-court-skeptical-of-bid-by-ex-trump-adviser-flynn-to-end-criminal-case-idUSKBN23J1J2
‘Jeff Wall, a Justice Department lawyer, said Sullivan’s handling of the case had harmed the integrity of the executive branch and the judiciary.”
““This has already become, and I think is only becoming more of, a public spectacle,” Wall said.”
So Jeff Wall was considered about the case of a corrupt federal judge Sullivan’s handling of the case against former Lt. General Michael Flynn had harmed the integrity of the judiciary.
In the case of Brian David Hill, the integrity of the judiciary was already done in, it is already in jeopardy.
So will solicitor general Jeffrey Wall defend the corrupt assistant U.S. attorney Anand Prakash Ramaswamy’s actions in defrauding the court on multiple occasions against his enemy, Brian D. Hill, or will Jeffrey Wall admit that the entire prosecution had gone terribly wrong, and that the Government screwed up it’s wrongful prosecution and conviction against political prisoner/probationer Brian D. Hill of USWGO alternative news?
