This opinion editorial article explains why Infowars needs to have Brian D. Hill on the Alex Jones Show or the War Room with Owen Shroyer. The U.S. Supreme Court had thrown out Brian’s second petition requesting relief in his federal criminal case, that he was deprived of trial by jury. That is Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news. In this appeal case he had a lawyer named Edward Ryan Kennedy and was not done pro se, yet the Supreme Court treated the petition as if it doesn’t even mean anything and isn’t worthy of review. This finalizes the second supervised release violation against Brian D. Hill, and deprives him of the Constitutional right to a trial by jury. Yes this should scare any American. The Supreme Court had ruled last year that all Supervised Release violators are entitled to a trial by jury which gives them more Constitutional protections such as proving guilt beyond reasonable doubt or a conviction should not be made by the Jury.

Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news had finally had enough of Judge Schroeder, Jackson L. Kiser, and other corrupt Judges. Brian is asking the U.S. Secretary of Defense for “high treason” charges against specific federal judges. The DisHonorable Thomas David Schroeder of Winston-Salem, NC, is one of them. Brian made a formal verbal audio request as well as a written request to the Pentagon. Another is Jackson L. Kiser, and others are listed in his formal request for military charges since Congress is so corrupt that they will not be able to impeach these corrupt judges. Last remedy for corrupt federal judges are military tribunals that can be legally used to try enemy combatants, insurrection and sedition, and high treason. Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news, order that within 30 days it will be transferred back to the “Middle District of North Carolina” in front of the CORRUPT DisHonorable NAZI U.S. District Court Chief Judge Adolf Thomas David Schroeder. They all stick up for their own, even when their wrong. They don’t care about fraud, the fraud might as well be all in Brian’s federal case in Roanoke, Virginia, well the fraud may as well be all in Brian’s probation records for everyone to see. Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news have been mailing weekly letters, evidence, and reports to “The White House” directed to U.S. President Donald J. Trump to request that Brian receive a full pardon in his federal criminal case. The documents include a mailing log of each week of mailing, keeping an official record of all of his attempts at mailing the President of the United States.

A conversation has been going between the volunteers of the Justice for Brian D. Hill of USWGO alternative news campaign blog and this Eric Trump from hotmail.com. We have tried to convince him of the actual innocence of Brian D. Hill and the need for his father to grant Brian a full pardon of innocence or acquittal. This Eric responded first by saying that it sounds like fake news and we tried to show him the court documents and Brian tried to mail him documents and CD-ROM discs. The mailing disappeared from the tracking system and then Stanley Bolten received an email from Eric Trump at a supposed hotmail.com email address and not from his official Trump Organization email account, telling Brian that he should accept his fate of being wrongfully convicted and move on.
