Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News has filed a Petition for the Writ of Actual Innocence and a Motion for Judgment of Acquittal. Both to overturn the wrongful conviction in Martinsville Circuit Court over his state charge, and to show proof of his innocence. The charge can be researched for themselves. However for those who know about Brian’s conviction, they may not know that Brian was under Carbon-Monoxide (CO) poisoning. They may not know that on the night morning of September 21, 2018, Brian was alleging in Federal Court Affidavit that he “may have been drugged” when he was found naked by Martinsville Police Department, at night. Sounding confused. Doesn’t that sound similar to Aaron Dykes and Melissa Melton being drugged after they had quit infowars. Brian also was diagnosed by a forensic psychiatrist as to exhibiting a “psychosis” (a symptom of CO poisoning) at the time of the alleged offense but that evidence was inadmissible in Virginia Courthouses until the newly passed law of Virginia Code § 19.2-271.6. Brian had no clear intent as to why he was in the situation which had gotten him arrested on September 21, 2018. The evidence is settled that he had no intent and no new evidence suggests otherwise. There is no intent, Brian was likely drugged just like Aaron Dykes and Melissa Melton were. Laboratory tests were cancelled by the Hospital after Brian was arrested by police. Evidence was destroyed and covered up. So anybody thinking Brian was guilty of indecent exposure at night, does not know that nobody claimed being a victim, the one who called 911 claimed that they saw a naked man running, likely out of concern thinking he was in danger. That does not sound normal at all. Brian claiming he was drugged and laboratory tests were cancelled and blood vials destroyed without ever conducting a drug test. They never disproved Brian’s claim that he may have been drugged, and it may be possibly by a DEEP STATE TEAM. The blood vials were destroyed by law enforcement, so evidence was destroyed, not by the criminal defendant Brian Hill but destroyed by the police. Brian was a target of the CIA, the Deep State, the Black Ops. For running USWGO Alternative News a long time ago. For defeating copyright mafia cartel Righthaven LLC and Steve Gibson who knew the Obamas.
Once his indecent exposure conviction is overturned, Brian D. Hill plans on filing a successive or secondary 2255 Motion for his original conviction in 2014, to overturn his child porn conviction as proof of a Deep State set up operation. This new 2255 may likely be based on Attorney L. Lin Wood’s alleged claims of Judges and officials being blackmailed with child rape and murder.
Note: Let me ask every one of you, if Brian was really guilty of his state charge then why did police and/or Sovah Hospital of Martinsville destroy blood vials and destroy the body-camera footage??? possibly at the direction of Police Chief G. Edward Cassady??? Why was there a guy wearing a hoodie threatening to kill Brian’s mother??? Even if the guy in the hoodie could have been a hallucination as caused by Carbon Monoxide gas exposure then who caused the Carbon Monoxide gas??? Maybe an attempt to kill Brian and his mother at the same time with the CO poisoning to be able to commit an assassination attempt??? The feds needed an excuse to make Brian appear to be a pervert to dismiss his original 2255 motion and declare his uncontested claims of actual innocence to being meritless and frivolous. They need this state conviction with all their might to give Brian that appearance. They cannot give him the appearance of even being some nudist or something. They have to paint him as a pervert. Without it, his child porn conviction gets thrown out as well, Brian will be able to throw out the entire frame up against him et al. Both cases are tied together at the hip. If one fails, so does the other. They need to insinuate the appearance that Brian is a danger or a bad person. They need to stick it in every American’s mind. Also Brian was possibly knocked out around the time he filed in original 2255 motion, somebody knocked him out and Brian was on his bed with blood all over. Brian asked for the photograph that EMS had taken of him on his bed with blood on it but never received that photo, it was covered up too. In 2017, it was when the Carbon Monoxide had first started but still it is weird for Brian to be knocked out, his desk partially broken where he fell and hit his head, Brian was on his bed with blood coming out of his head but who moved Brian to the bed while he wasn’t aware of it??? There were attempts to kill Brian. Brian was targeted by the damned Deep State. Brian’s not using his autism to get out of any criminal conviction, but this new law in Virginia allows the “psychosis” diagnosis to be brought up, and allow more evidence which was previously barred by law. Now the jury can get more of the whole entire picture if a new trial is ordered. They need to know about Brian being possibly almost-murdered on November, 2017. Right around the time of his first 2255 Motion. They almost killed Brian, they could kill Brian again. Time to set things right and arrest the Deep State.

Brian Hill has officially asked for sanctions against CORRUPT COMMONWEALTH ATTORNEY Glen Andrew Hall of the City of Martinsville. Glen Anrdew Hall the prosecutor lawyer may or may not be a Deep State patsy or being ordered by the Deep State to pull such an erroneous prosecution against an innocent man. The American people will slowly realize that Brian, the virgin, is no pervert. Brian never raped, never molested, never murdered, never was charged with assault. Even his autistic meltdown which landed him a Supervised Release Violation charge, he did not harm a hair on U.S. Probation Officer Kristy Burton’s chiny chin chin. She was not harmed at all. Not even a victim here. So Brian harms nobody, and yet why is Brian being touted as a “danger to the community” by the Federal Court under Adolf Chief Judge TYRANT Thomas David Schroeder???
Brian clearly is innocent here, the Feds have tried to paint Brian as a pervert because they know their entire case is a fraud, and it keeps becoming more and more obvious. They have to paint Brian as a “pervert” because that is all they have left. Obama ain’t the President anymore, but Joe Hoe Pedo President is. Joe Biden the pedophile hoe of the New World Order is the President. He can fabricate more evidence against Brian. They even fabricated evidence against Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers. They have to make Brian out to be immoral, indecent, and dangerous!!! If they do not then they will likely end up in prisons for fabricating evidence, obstruction of justice, and other high crimes and misdemeanors. They will end up being forced to pay restitution to Brian David Hill and restitution to Brian’s whole family. They have to lie, cheat, and steal to prevail. They had to turn Infowars against Brian D. Hill. They had to turn as many alternative media buddies against Brian to make him appear unapproachable and make him unable to be in any media article or interview.
