BREAKING: Court appointed lawyer Fred Smith and/or Corrupt Assistant Attorney General Justin Hill knew Brian couldn’t file for six months in Virginia Court, then lied about it to Virginia Appeals Court to make Brian look like a liar
Evidence has surfaced which proves that the Virginia Assistant Attorney General Justin Hill had lied in his brief of the Commonwealth (PDF File) in a response filing to Brian’s state appeals in the Court of Appeals of Virginia. This is in regard to three appeals over Judge Greer denying his motions over issues of fraud upon the court by the Commonwealth of Virginia and City of Martinsville. The lie will be brought up in the third to fourth paragraphs of this article. For the proof and for the record.
Now it is unclear even with this new released evidence whether court appointed attorney Fred Smith is complicit in this or not, but it is clear that Brian Hill was tricked into not filing in the Virginia court of appeals for six months under the promise to be cleared of his contempt of court case which he plead the First Amendment defense (PDF File) (Notice of legal defenses pdf file pleading) on a pro se basis before the appointment of Fred Smith as counsel for the defendant, Brian Hill. Judge Greer had appointed Fred Smith as counsel. After Fred was appointed, it appeared that Brian and/or his family member or members who were party to the meetings; one of them had a recording device and had recorded the conversations with his legal counsel with Brian’s approval as he did not trust his court appointed legal counsel after the various lawyers, he had been appointed in the past by corrupt judges who had failed Brian (Eric David Placke, John Scott Coalter, Scott Albrecht, Lauren McGarry…). It is legal under Virginia law to record a private conversation if only one party at least consents to such a recording being made. The law has been complied with. The recording does endanger the attorney-client protections and may lead to everything coming out in the public eye, but Brian has done nothing illegal when he exercised his first amendment against Judge Giles Carter Greer. This appears to be some sort of conspiracy or trickery to try to thwart Brian’s appeals in the Court of Appeals of Virginia. They are afraid of what Martinsville city Police Chief Rob Fincher had said in the three-page letter by Public Information Officer (PIO) Kendall Davis.
Here is the lie, which was told by Justin Hill, the Assistant Attorney General for the commonwealth state of Virginia.
“…The contempt charges were dismissed on joint motion of the Commonwealth and Hill on October 23, 2023. Upon information and belief, Hill agreed during the pendency of those contempt charges not to file any new motions in the Circuit Court. That agreement did not prohibit his from filing anything in this Court.4 – FOOTNOTE 4: Undersigned counsel confirmed this fact with Hill’s appointed counsel in his contempt case during the pendency of those proceedings….(NEXT LIE) On December 1, 2023, Hill filed his untimely opening brief in his fifth , sixth, and seventh appeals…”

The audio recordings which were released by Brian D. Hill through his family member confirm that his attorney Fred Smith explicitly instructed Brian Hill not to file anything in the “State Courts” for six months. So, there was an agreement, but it was done verbally. Had there not been a recording device or devices used by Brian D. Hill and/or his family, there would be no actual evidence of this agreement being made which Justin Hill denies that such an agreement bars or prohibits Brian Hill from filing anything in the State Courts. That would include the Court of Appeals of Virginia. He was directed not to file anything in the state courts, and Brian made sure to comply with that directive. I don’t know why Justin Hill would lie so blatantly in his filing to the Court of Appeals in Virginia, unless he had no idea that there existed these conversation recordings which expose the lies, he uttered in his filing.

An extension to file, that was not what Brian Hill received from Justin Hill. Justin Hill had basically made out Brian Hill to either look like a liar or delusional person who doesn’t have proof of what he was talking about. He does have proof. He recorded the conversations with his lawyer as the proof if anything was pulled against Brian. Brian will not tolerate liars, betrayers, manipulators, and backstabbers. Brian will not tolerate any of it. Heck, he leaked his private conversations with Roger Stone because Brian felt that something behind the scenes had intercepted Roger Stone’s push for Brian Hill to receive a full unconditional pardon.
These recordings do prove that Fred Smith, Brian’s court appointed counsel had instructed Brian Hill not to file anything in the “state courts” for six months. He did not give an exception for Brian to file his appeal filings during that six-month period. So those audio recordings prove that Justin Hill, the asst. Attorney General had lied, or Fred Smith had lied, or both had lied. It proves the lie, one way or another. It is a false statement in the brief of the Commonwealth (PDF File).
That can be proven as a lie, a falsehood. The multiple recordings between Brian Hill and his attorney Fred Smith had clearly shown that Brian was directed to not file for six months. He even lied to Brian and told him that a six-month extension was granted or given to Brian due to the contempt case and Brian not being able to file for six months. Said that Justin Hill knew about the six month thing.
Either Justin Hill lied about the discussion with Brian’s court appointed attorney Fred Smith, or Brian’s court appointed attorney lied, or both. Something has been a falsehood or has misrepresented the situation. These lies need to END NOW. We aren’t afraid to release evidence to expose the liars in the corrupt judicial systems. We will expose both corrupt lawyers and corrupt judges, and will expose corrupt prosecutors, and exposing corrupt police.
