Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News, files a PETITION FOR REHEARING in the Supreme Court of Virginia arguing that Chief Justice Bernard S. Goodwyn (Note: who was appointed by Tim Kaine, a Bill/Hillary Clinton connected individual) was wrong in denying Brian’s petition for appeal. Last month, Brian spoke at the oral argument for the Supreme Court of Virginia, before the main courtroom writ panel, with the Chief Justice Bernard S. Goodwyn, Justice Thomas P. Mann, and Senior Justice Donald W. Lemons. The revised transcript does prove that audio was cutting out during the live feed broadcasting from the website of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Brian and his family has the evidence (with cross evidence examination and analysis) that audio was cutting out. His family also attests that audio was cutting out during the oral argument making it impossible for the general public to see what Brian Hill was arguing before the Supreme Court of Virginia. Whether this is intentional (possibly by Chief Justice Goodwyn?) or just server bugs is up to the individual who read this to make their own determination.

Brian argued that the SCV-Supreme Court of Virginia is making a conflict of laws in refusing to let Brian D. Hill prove his innocence and be acquitted of his wrongful conviction in the Circuit Court for the City of Martinsville. Brian argued that actual innocence is supposed to be an exception to any procedural bar, which is also called the fundamental miscarriage of justice exception for defaulted petitions requesting relief from a criminal conviction.
Brian is fighting tooth and nail to be found innocent of his wrongful state conviction. He is clearly innocent and has proven it. They must do the right thing or they are tyrants, SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS.
