Brian D. Hill of USWGO news files Third and Final Motion for Sanctions over Fraud asking to Vacate Conviction once and for all

Brian D. Hill, formerly USWGO alternative news had filed a third and final motion for sanctions and default judgment against the federal government for relieving Brian of his final criminal conviction in federal court for the issues of fraud upon the court.

Brian had finally gone and done it. He is sick and tired of being convicted for a crime that he is innocent of and being politically beaten (not literally) by his court appointed lawyers into losing or accepting guilt. All criminal defendants are entitled to due process under the Constitution of the United States. If they are indeed innocent, they have a right to prove it.

Fraud upon the court can be vacated at any time and isn’t subject to the statute of limitations.

The frauds against Brian and his family members have demonized them, victimized them, and made Brian into a false child pornographer while ignoring any evidence of his innocence and any evidence proving frame up.

They created a straw-man of Brian D. Hill, just like with Alex Jones to remove him off of all social media platforms, barred Brian Hill from being allowed to use the internet so that he cannot respond to all of the lies and attack campaigns against Brian as orchestrated by Anand Prakash Ramaswamy, the corrupt assistant U.S. attorney from Greensboro in North Carolina. Of course Ramaswamy is not the main attack overlord here, he is just a puppet by whoever wants USWGO alternative news defamed, destroyed, and ruined. Whether it was anybody associated with Phil Berger (North Carolina senator) or maybe somebody in the Bilderberg Group had set him up and was involved with Jeffrey Epstein (Oh by the way: Jeffrey Epstein DID NOT kill himself) the real serial pedophile and serial child molester. They frame people up with child porn to either ruin a political enemies character or to even go as far as political blackmail to force somebody into the dark world of pedophilia to permanently blackmail and control political puppets.

They created a straw-man of Brian D. Hill of USWGO alternative news as being a pervert and a good-for-nothing, and ignore his autism and evidence of his innocence. They won’t allow Brian to go on the internet to respond to any false allegations against him. Then they can murder him and nobody will care. Then those who did personally knew Brian like members of the alternative media community years ago will be afraid that they will be set up with child porn just like Brian. They did this to Alex Jones this year, Luke Rudkowski a long time ago, Stewart Rhodes, Ian Freeman, and others.

The fraud upon the court is proof of Brian’s actual innocence, and this is true. When the government counsel declares Brian guilty and uses fraudulent evidence against an innocent man, then the proof of fraud shows that no guilty man would be defrauded by the other party in any court of law. When somebody is guilty and there is evidence of that guilt, there is no need for the government attorneys to defraud the court unless that person has a political or personal vendetta to destroy somebody through fraud and perjury. Doesn’t matter if the person is guilty or innocent, once somebody becomes a political target for attack, the attacks come without mercy and without fairness.
