U.S. Supreme Court received petition to review Fraud Upon the Court claims, however not docketed

Update on 6/16/2020 11:07PM: Solicitor General files waiver of response to the Petition for Writ of Certiorari in U.S. Supreme Court on issues of fraud upon the court, failure to act on pending motions

Documents from Brian’s family was received showing that last month a petition for a writ of Certiorari, and a letter were mailed to the U.S. Supreme Court. It appears that they have accepted it but have not yet docketed it and it appears to have already been about a month since they had received the petition from Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news. The petition is in regards to claims of multiple “fraud upon the court” by the federal prosecutors and the federal probation office. Those frauds have been ignored by the DisHonorable Thomas David Shroeder, a federal judge located in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina federal courthouse. This judge is a piece of garbage, a piece of trash who never should have been appointed by the Globalist and Skull-and-bones ex-president George W. Bush.

The United States Court of Appeals for the fourth circuit had rejected Brian’s writ of mandamus requesting that pending motions which were validly be filed, be acted upon by the judge as part of his duties of office. This judge has still, still this day, refused to act upon those pending motions requesting vacatur of every probation violation judgment and the final conviction based upon proven frauds upon the court.

The petition asking the United States Supreme Court to review over the denial of the writ of mandamus [writ of mandate] was filed in May, 2020, but yet it is now June 10, 2020 and yet no such filing was ever docketed and neither has a case number been assigned publicly as of yet.

This is the most unusual petition before the Supreme Court as his filings are using the QAnon insignia.

Brian has continued begging QAnon for help for over a year, whether QAnon may actually have helped Brian or not. Brian is continuously begging President Donald Trump for help.

Any good people left in our FBI and CIA, please blow the whistle on Brian’s innocence and please let him be free of his wrongful federal conviction, once and for all. Brian is serving a probation sentence over nothing. He was punished for having an autistic meltdown and the probation officer Kristy L. Burton, the bitch officer from Danville, Virginia openly made false statements in open court for perjury and the FBI refused to charge her with perjury and defended or protected her. They defend the wicked and corrupt officers.

Brian even paid for a damn t-shirt to promote the campaign by friends and family to acquit Brian or that he be given a Presidential pardon of innocence, a pardon in full. When will Brian receive a fair and just investigation into all of the crimes of our federal probation offices, federal United States attorneys, and the crimes of other people in our federal courts??????????????
