Email to U.S. Supreme Court PIO: Brian D. Hill [USWGO Alt. News] will blame the Clerk’s Office for denial of his Mandamus/Certiorari Petitions; in his Petitions for Rehearing; Clerk will further violate 18 U.S. Code § 2071

Dear Public Information Office of the U.S. Supreme Court,

CC: Corrupt U.S. Solicitor General’s Office, Corrupt U.S. Department of InJustice;

 

Tomorrow is the day of the Conference. The Emergency Motions were received by your Mail Room on Tuesday. I hope that the Clerk ain’t going to sit on those EMERGENCY MOTIONS and delay motions under Rule 15.5; and wait until all three petitions may be denied before deciding to file them in order to just throw everything out and playing the dirty games that usually the Corrupt U.S. Department of Justice has been playing for years, the Dirty Feds. The members of the Press are also receiving copy of this email and are watching all of this as it unfolds.

More articles will be written on the miscarriages of justice and dirty tricks and game playing. They are being read by liberals, conservatives, just anybody simply concerned about the wrong direction our Federal Courts are going in. I hope our Supreme Court understands how many Constitutional rights and case law being overthrown by Federal Judges in Brian Hill’s case and hundreds of other cases, being told to throw out due process in every criminal case and every civil case if it is a case the DOJ doesn’t like. This is all contrary to the Constitutional form of our republic. Our republic is being destroyed in front of our very eyes and nobody is doing anything to stop it while they are hurting good innocent people here.

 

Brian has given his public statement to his family to disseminate to members of the media and is outlined as follows: “Here is my public statement for you on November 11, 2021 in regards to cases no 21-6036, 21-6037, 21-6038: I Brian David Hill, have made a decision if my Emergency Motions are ignored by the Clerk and not brought before the Justices of the Supreme Court and my delay letters disappeared from my cases. I will file a petition for rehearing and for rehearing in all 3 cases. I will blame those decisions on the clerk by the Clerk not doing anything about my Rule 15.5 delay letters and my Emergency Motions if all 3 of my petitions for one Mandamus and two Certiorari petitions are systematically denied. The Clerk not filing my Emergency motions and ignoring my delay letters will be the cause of my petitions being wrongfully denied and will be argued in petition for rehearing. That is my decision.”

 

This is not normal Certiorari and Mandamus petitions as I have read them. A Federal Court is systematically denying every uncontested motion, every request for relief. They don’t care and they refuse to look at the evidence.The rules of the Court say that uncontested motions are ordinarily granted without further notice but refuse to enforce that rule on the Government, but enforce that rule on Brian Hill as if only the Court rules apply to him but nobody else. THIS IS DISCRIMINATORY, PARTIALITY. This is all a one sided Kangaroo Court tribunal nightmare and the press will be informed of all of this. The January 6 protesters claimed they were being tortured and deprived of their Constitutional rights and one being given bond conditions of not being allowed to use the internet. Brian D. Hill was the first beta test of being given horrible torture and bad treatment, horrible probation conditions, way before the January 6 incident at the U.S. Capitol building. So Brian was the test case for this judicial tyranny. All the way back in 2013 before anybody knew of Donald Trump running for office and the January 6 protests. Brian Hill was the beta test to determine if the Government can torture somebody and deprive them of due process about almost a decade ago before deciding to pull this stunt on criminal defendants on January 6 aka J6. The beta test was a success and the torture actually worked in obtaining a false guilty plea. They can torture any of us, even any of you. The Feds can torture anybody they want to obtain a false guilty plea, and your Court is allowing it and allowing the fraud and criminal behaviors of our Department of InJustice.

 

I will be contacting the members of Congress by their staffer email addresses. I already have so far and Senator Rand Paul’s office seems to be very concerned about this development here. Rand Paul’s office will be informed if Brian’s emergency motions are filed lately on purpose for the intent of throwing out Brian’s three petitions in the Supreme Court here. Due process of law is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. Why should due process be deprived as far as the Supreme Court here by some Clerk officials??????????

 

It appears Brian will file a petition for rehearing and he will blame you, he will blame the Clerk’s office for his petitions being denied. Brian paid $20-$30 on postage for the very box containing the EMERGENCY MOTIONS. We have the records from Brian’s family. I am sure the ink and paper was also used as well and also have accumulating costs. His emergency motions are not being treated with the importance that it is. Your Clerk’s office is not returning his phone calls. Your playing possum in an attempt to ignore any of his pleadings with the purpose of the Government winning at the Solicitor General’s office. This is corruption at the highest levels in Washington, DC. Pure, sheer, CORRUPTION.

 

Have a good day, criminals. I pray in Jesus’s name and pray to God that Brian David Hill will be acquitted and not held hostage anybody by Adolf Thomas David SSchroeder, and the U.S. Department of InJustice. Brian should not be held hostage here, this is hostage, Brian is being held hostage by armed thugs of the U.S. Marshals Service and the Corrupt Fraudsters of the U.S. Attorney Office. This is holding Brian hostage and this is criminal, all the way to Washington, DC, the District of Criminals. Washington, DC is a plague on the United States of America. We will not bow down to their corruption. Give me Liberty!!!!, or give me Death!!!!! What happens to Brian can happen to any American citizen. By ignoring Brian, you are ignoring yourselves. When God someday gives you your life review you will feel the hurt that Brian Hill had felt throughout the entire CORRUPT JUDICIAL PROCESS.
