Note: Update on May 5, 2022 12:47 AM: The U.S. Attorney did file a motion for extension of time a day after the deadline and the judge granted it claiming they have good cause. The judge is all one sided. If Brian had filed a day after the deadline, they would claim untimely filed, but the judge is allowing untimely filings by the corrupt U.S. Attorney. We are not being false hope and we are not being wrong here. They didn’t file anything by May 1, 2022. Then they claimed they had until May 2, 2022 to respond. That is a lie according to the docket sheet. They lie and get away with it.
Is justice finally being done??? Former news reporter of USWGO Alternative News; Brian D. Hill’s 2255 Motion filed in Federal Court months ago was not responded to by the U.S. Attorney Office by the deadline of May 1, 2022 as ordered by the U.S. District Court. This 2255 Motion case had a “GROUND VII” where Brian suspected or feared that the Federal Judges involved in his case may have been blackmailed with child rape and murder. That information filed with the Federal Court from the Middle District of North Carolina with exhibits of printouts sourced from Radiopatriot.net, and Attorney L. Lin Wood. A printout was used in legal exhibit of the article: Lin Wood re: Isaac Kappy’s discovery of pedo blackmail tapes | The Radio Patriot (was Exhibit 6). Exhibit 6 of motion to reconsider which was not contested by the Government either.
Documents obtained by those watching the PACER paywall system have revealed that Assistant U.S. Attorney Anand Prakash Ramaswamy, federal prosecutor who originally prosecuted the criminal case had not filed any response or motion by the deadline date of May 1, 2022, at midnight. PACER is the Federal Court records system database, where anybody can download electronic PDF file copies of federal court documents and docket sheets. It is a paywall system but documents from PACER including the docket sheet are uploaded to Courtlistener.com for free access and publication. That is by usage of the tool known as RECAP. Courtlistener is not a paywall website for copies of Federal Court records.
This is the first time in the history of the Federal case of Brian David Hill v. United States of America, that the U.S. Magistrate Judge ordered the Government to respond but they have not responded to or filed any opposition motion by the deadline of May 1, 2022, as set by the U.S. District Court. It is unclear whether the Government may try to sneak in some untimely motion or response as a 52-fakeout. 52-fakeout is a urban word/term referring to the Government faking people out by not filing an opposition brief in time but then files an untimely opposition brief days later in a fake-out to give the false impression that the other party had won just to show that they are above the law and can fool everybody. However, they had 60 days to respond. Brian had asked the Federal Court for additional time for the U.S. Attorney to respond but the judge denied it in an text order. This triggered anger from Brian’s family as well as myself, as Stanley Bolten to write an unsavory angry email to Anand Prakash Ramaswamy which triggered him enough to report me to abuse@protonmail.com. He caused me to be banned from sending emails at ProtonMail. I am now censored from ProtonMail and cannot email anybody, anymore.
