The Clerk of the Circuit Court in the City of Martinsville, Virginia who was known as the Honorable Ashby R. Pritchett has either made an early retirement or resignation not long after Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News, had filed a Motion for Sanctions against that same Clerk, Ashby R. Pritchett for filing four false certifications of transmitting the entire record of the Circuit Court. It was not the entire record according to evidence including records posted in the Online Case Information System, and this clerk was caught doing this earlier last year, and had made a correction of transmitting the entire record after Brian’s complaint to the Court of Appeals, thus Brian’s allegations had been proven true. Ashby had repeated the same false certification two times again in December, 2022.
The evidence had came out from the Circuit Court’s own website that the Hon. Ashby Pritchett had disappeared from the position in the Clerk’s office and the Chief Deputy Clerk Jeanie Nunn had became interim Clerk of the Court. So Ashby didn’t finish his 8-year term as an elected constitutional official (wayback machine) of a Clerk of the Circuit Court in Virginia (A Commonwealth state) during the 2019 general election (data of him winning the general election). He was reelected in 2019. He was in office in December, 2022 when he filed two false certifications with the Court of Appeals of Virginia. So he may have been in trouble or under some kind of investigation, and usually when an elected official may face some kind of sanctions or criminal inquiry, that person may usually retire early and not hold out until the term has expired. The Martinsville Bulletin did say he was retiring (Wayback machine) but was it really just that he retired or was it an earlier retirement due to Brian’s motion for Sanctions and earlier documented complaint against him for filing two false certification filings earlier in 2022, evidence against Ashby Pritchett??? Hmm we have no more information at this point and all we have is speculation after proving the facts from government sources and the filings, but the timing sure was odd. The timing was definitely odd as any fraud on the court he perpetuated, he then retires so that he cannot be held accountable in the Court of Appeals of Virginia (CAV) over this. Still his frauds on the court of four false certification filings may still come back to haunt him, of course this website will not let it rest while the Circuit Court holds this innocent man hostage.
Brian had filed a letter with the new Clerk of the Court Jean Nunn addressing the issues of her former boss, Ashby Pritchett. Brian is asking that if his motions to restart the appeals (2nd motion) are granted, that she transmit the entire record this time with every filing in the Circuit Court including the correspondences records proving that multiple motions were denied by Judge Giles Carter Greer. The Court of Appeals of Virginia didn’t fully understood what was denied. Brian wants the complete record of the Court instead of a incorrect record which would be similar to that of “Swiss cheese” records from the “Trial Court”.

We don’t lie about people here, that is not what we do, we have built years of credibility. When we are wrong like due to a bad source, we report on it. We give out both opinions and facts, which is both freedom of press and freedom of speech. Press is facts, speech is opinions. Press is about reporting facts as early as a news story comes out. We have facts of the motion for sanctions, the former complaint as evidence in the motion for sanctions. We have the election data and the website saying Jeannie Nunn being the interim clerk. so again, we have the facts but we do give opinions. We don’t lie about people here, so if Ashby Pritchett has something to say, he is free to contact us. This blog is political conspiracy coverage oriented meaning we write articles about what is going on with a conspiracy aspect to it. We try to expose a conspiracy to convict an innocent man Brian D. Hill of formerly USWGO Alternative News.
