Brian D. Hill the former news reporter of USWGO Alternative News, who filed a motion for reconsideration of Judge Greer’s order denying Motion to vacate or set aside wrongful conviction over fraud on the court by the Commonwealth’s Attorney Glen Andrew Hall. It was denied two times by Judge Giles Carter Greer of the Martinsville Circuit Court who didn’t even want to take the time to read over or consider any of the evidence, witness statements from new Police Chief Rob Fincher, and didn’t want to accept that Brian Hill was innocent of his charge. It was denied the exact same day it was filed. Then after Brian’s mother (on Brian’s behalf) submitted missing evidence due to a clerical mistake, Judge Greer at least did the right thing and considered that he needed to deny the motion again on the very same day the missing evidence was filed due to the clerical mistake. So technically that same motion was denied twice but the second time the motion was denied was on the same day the clerical mistake was made known to Judge Greer and the Clerk. What kind of corrupt justice system is this??? All this judge has ever done is deny every one of Brian’s motions for years, every one of them are denied, even when the law is on his side.
Also this sets a very dangerous precedent here. Commonwealth Attorney Glen Andrew Hall had disregarded multiple court orders and allowed illegal destruction of evidence in response to those court orders. Brian Hill has evidence the law was violated by the Commonwealth’s Attorney in the city of Martinsville. Law was violated by disobedience to multiple court orders, by an officer of the court nonetheless. Glen Hall is an officer of the court because he is an attorney who practices in that court. Yet the judge lets his violations slide and be given a pass when he is caught breaking the law. This opens a very dangerous door here. Where the police can illegally destroy evidence. However, when a good police chief gets in office and admits to the Police Department’s past illegal destruction of evidence, then the Commonwealth’s Attorney is given a pass, where he can violate any court order he wants to, and never face a contempt of court charge. We have LAWLESSNESS. The law can be violated by the District Attorney (Commonwealth Attorney) of the Commonwealth of Virginia. All it takes is having the judge on your side and you can get away with evidence destruction, fraud, barratry, violate any court orders you want (Yeah, just treat court orders like they are voluntary, however that is not the law), and the law doesn’t have to apply to you. If the judge is on your side you can probably get away with murder too. This is very dangerous in a republic. A land of the free, home of the brave no longer exists in the City of Martinsville in its Circuit Court. When a court allows the prosecutor in prosecuting a criminal charge to violate court orders, then the law only exists against the little guy, even when the little guy has proof of innocence when we are supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty of all material elements of a criminal charge beyond a reasonable doubt. That is all nice fancy words, but that world of legal justice no longer exists in the Circuit Court for the city of Martinsville. That has been proven in the case of Brian David Hill. If they did this to Brian Hill, they will do this to YOU too. Ignore these warnings and one day you will be arrested for an accused crime your innocent of and have your lawful firearms taken for a crime your innocent of. Brian doesn’t have a firearm, but you might as the article reader. Be concerned here that courts are no longer operating lawfully and no longer operate under the U.S. Constitution or even under the State Constitutions. So you will lose your constitutional rights too, and become a fake felon or fake misdemeanant in the world of fake criminals. You too can easily become a fake criminal too. Due process is abolished by corrupt judges.
We received evidence from Brian’s family. Brian even filed letters with the Virginia Delegate and Virginia’s Senator who are representatives in the legislature in the Commonwealth/State of Virginia asking for impeachment here. This is not only because of a legal disagreement to a Judge’s decision. This judge is doing absolutely nothing about a conflict of interest and is doing nothing about disobedience of court orders by a lawyer in a position of trust (elected official), the Commonwealth’s version of a District Attorney. Brian is very angry at Judge Greer for protecting the criminals inside of positions of trust. Is Judge Greer friends with them??? Got to wonder!
Also it is very concerning that the assistant Public Defender, Scott Albrecht, had betrayed Brian Hill through his criminal case from the very beginning which was why Brian Hill was found guilty in General District Court on December 21, 2018, and then is rewarded years later for betraying every one of his criminal defendant clients. He is being rewarded by being hired as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney. You can check out the proof for yourself. I am making many reasonable inferences here even as an analyst. I do the best I can to tell the truth and get it out to the American people.
