We have noticed that the Clerk of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina is refusing to file a Mandamus letter which insinuated that any of their Judges may have been blackmailed with child rape and murder. Luckily that letter was filed in Brian’s Judicial Complaint as well and published on this blog. Brian again brought up the Attorney L. Lin Wood tweets regarding the Lizard Squad leak of blackmail videotapes. As far as Brian’s family is concerned, they have not received a notification of receipt of Brian’s letter to the Clerk’s office. All of this is odd and may violate Federal Law where any pleadings and letters concerning a criminal case or civil case directly must be docketed by the Clerk or forwarded to the appropriate official. The Clerk’s Office has officially or non-officially COVERED UP the letter from Brian D. Hill by not filing it in the District Court’s public records.

Those who check the District Court’s docket for case no. 1:13-cr-435-1 will notice that despite Brian’s letter which was received on October 18, 2021, it is not on the docket and not given a document number. It is now October 31, 2021, and the Clerk of the U.S. District Court still has not filed that letter on docket even though required by law to docket entries of received documents/pleadings with civil or criminal case numbers. Normally Brian’s letters are docketed. What is going on here?????? Is the Clerk of the U.S. District Court truly covering up pleadings????

There is a reason why the Deputy Clerks are afraid of the letter being docketed. They don’t want to acknowledge that any of the Federal Judges who they work for under their careers may have been blackmailed with child rape and murder, or anything. They rather keep their heads in the sand like Ostriches. Keeping their eyes covered, their ears covered, and their mouths covered. Like the censored monkeys. See no evil, hear no evil, and speak of no evil. Just keep your mouth shut and receive your Federal Court paycheck clerks, oh well, sorry.

Question is why is the Clerk refusing to docket this letter? Is there something going on behind the scenes?

The Clerk is free to respond to this article and it’s claims. They can still file the letter Brian had mailed to them and this article could be considered nothing more than some conspiracy theory. However, if they continue ignoring and covering up Brian’s pleading, then this shows their true colors.
