No matter who Alex Jones is, who he may work for, or what he does, he does have a U.S. Constitutional First Amendment right to freedom of speech. Now of course if he defames somebody, somebody has a right to file a lawsuit against him with the evidence proving it after politely requesting a cease and desist. That is common sense. However, X (formerly Twitter) has reinstated the once-suspended Alex Jones account on the X social media platform. They have given him back his freedom of speech. We do believe in freedom of speech because censorship is not the way to argue the argument. Let everyone speak including Alex Jones, and if he is caught lying with evidence to prove he lied, then that is another story for a future case in a state court or federal court. I am sure whether you love Alex Jones or hate him, you would agree with this neutral independent analysis and opinion in this article posting. Heck, I wasn’t just suspended from Twitter years ago by the Deep State, my account was destroyed/deleted permanently to the point where no appeal could be filed or raised to try to get that account back. The only account I (Stanley Bolten) and Brian’s family operates is the USWGO account on X/Twitter. That is until Brian is someday ever allowed to use the internet again.
In the past we have been critical of Infowars and Alex Jones because of shunning Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News. Brian supported Owen Shroyer of Infowars despite the shunning and Brian tried to file a sentencing letter favorable to Owen in federal court, despite the fact that it failed. Brian fought hard by mailing the sentencing letter, twice, to the federal court.
Of course they are still shunning us, shunning Brian D. Hill and his family and friends. I don’t know why they are shunning us despite never reviewing over the discovery evidence material before it was destroyed by both John Scott Coalter (Attorney, Greensboro, NC) and the corrupt U.S. Attorney. Hopefully, one day, Brian D. Hill will have an opportunity to speak and explain why he falsely plead guilty, the evidence from the Government’s own discovery materials which demonstrate Brian’s innocence as argued in his 2255 motion filed in 2017, and show some of his past work which proved that he had articles mirrored on Infowars and posted things in the alternative media including FederalJack.
Alex Jones does have the right to his own freedom of speech. As to the shunning of Brian Hill, hopefully one day Alex Jones will stop with the shunning and allow Brian to tell his story on the Alex Jones Show in front of an audience of millions of people, and allow JusticeForUSWGO.wordpress.com to be brought up with his crew showing the blog and allowing people to look through the mountains of evidence and legal filings, and for the American people to make their own determination about Brian’s innocence or guilt. A common law jury of the court of public opinion.
Freedom of speech is better than censorship, because it allows a healthy debate on all kinds of life issues, world issues, political issues, freedom issues, and lifestyle issues. We can have good laws in place instead of broken laws. We can have a healthy legal system instead of kangaroo courts. We can free innocent people from prison and finally clean up the criminal justice system with real criminal justice reform. As to Alex Jones, we can disagree with how he shuns Brian Hill and has other people from all over the alternative media somehow shunning Brian Hill, for whatever reason. He does have his freedom of speech. So does Justice for Brian D. Hill blog. I have my freedom of speech, and so does Alex Jones. I do respect that he does have a right to freedom of speech and face his accusers. He can face us as well and debate about why Brian Hill is being shunned by the alternative media and maybe put a stop to it, and let Brian have a voice as well. Let him call into shows and tell the truth from his perspective and bring up the evidence he has to prove his own claims.
End point.
