Stanley has filed a request with the Innocence Network, asking them to consider filing a “friend of the court” amicus brief in the Supreme Court case of “Brian David Hill v. United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina“. This could make it more likely that the justices within the Supreme Court of the United States [SCOTUS] would be more likely to grant Brian D. Hill’s petition for review/certiorari.
The case consists of different mixture of issues such as the U.S. attorney office engaging in multiple frauds upon the federal court including subornation of perjury, destruction of evidence, lying about their opponent in the criminal case that they had filed against Brian, and depriving Brian of being allowed his constitutional right to prove his actual innocence and making an innocent man serve an unlawful sentence.
This doesn’t just affect Brian D. Hill of USWGO alternative news. It affects everybody. Hopefully the Innocence Project or any legal advocacy group pushing for justice will file an amicus curiae brief. We invite any lawyer following this blog to file an amicus curiae brief in that case and that will create positive pushes for justice in the long run of innocent men and women in federal courts still being deprived of justice.
Here are the pdf files of what Stanley Bolten had filed with the Innocence Network.

Note: We are contacting legal blogs about this issue as well. Empiricalscotus.com is one of them. This supreme court case needs coverage from the media, truth dies in darkness.
