U.S. District Judge (Federal Judge) Amit Priyavadan Mehta had approved for filing the Brian D. Hill’s sentencing letter in the Stewart Rhodes case. Stewart Rhodes had founded and operated the political liberty organization known as Oath Keepers which had attempted to make sure that police and U.S. military were following their sworn oaths of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and would swear allegiance to the same. Brian Hill is formerly the founder of USWGO Alternative News and had worked with Stewart Rhodes and Dan Johnson in 2012 when they were all fighting against the National Defense Authorization Act for the fiscal year of 2012. Rhodes had been convicted of sedition and was sentenced to a total of 18 years of federal imprisonment (sentence may not include jail credits, so part of sentence may have already been served) and 3 years of supervised release by the U.S. Probation Office. He will not be allowed any military veteran benefits as a military vet with a sedition conviction on his record unless he is fully pardoned by a future U.S. President or unless law allows those convicted of sedition to still obtain military veterans benefits.
Rhodes understands now that when you go up against the Deep State intelligence apparatus, your convicted of a crime you are innocent or guilty of, it doesn’t matter, your convicted regardless. See the new documentary at Rumble about the Deep State.
We do believe that Rhodes was convicted wrongfully but now he understands that you are forced to plead guilty to crimes your not guilty of or you face a hefty prison sentence. Brian Hill would have faced 20 years of imprisonment had he not falsely plead guilty. Thanks to Attorney Sue Basko and the discovery evidence, there are those who have admitted under oath and the discovery evidence points towards Brian Hill being innocent of his charged crime in federal court. It was thanks to Stewart Rhodes and Oath Keepers that Sue Basko (independently, I do not believe Rhodes even asked her to help Brian. It was Brian’s mother Roberta and grandparents Kenneth and Stella who pushed for Sue Basko to help Brian, admitted that in court hearing) even helped get involved in Brian’s case. But Rhodes still turned his back on Brian. Rhodes will now spend a lot of time in prison learning from his mistakes of turning on his own ally patriots. Rhodes turned his back on his own patriots. I am here to tell the truth. We will not lie for Oath Keepers. We will not lie for anybody. Rhodes did betray people including Brian Hill, and that came back to bite him in the ass. Sorry Rhodes, 18 years is enough time for you to apologize to Brian Hill. Apologies are still going to be accepted. Brian Hill will accept your apology, Rhodes. So feel free to have one of your lawyers file an apology letter to Brian Hill for betraying him back then.
