Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News files a Petition for Rehearing brief asking the U.S. Court of Appeals (Fourth Circuit) to vacate the panel’s decision dismissing two consolidated appeals over U.S. Magistrate Judge Joe Webster (Durham, NC) denying two motions over requesting a Special Master to be appointed in Brian’s federal criminal case to subpoena Attorney L. Lin Wood asking for his source/sources to provide a copy of the encrypted alleged blackmail videos to the Special Master Brian is requesting appointment of. He wants a Special Master to determine if both Chief Judge Thomas David Schroeder and former Chief Judge William Lindsey Osteen Junior were in any of the alleged child rape and murder blackmail videos. The judges in panel argued that the appeals were being dismissed due to having no jurisdiction as it was not a final order or an appealable interlocutory order. A panel of justices at the Supreme Court of Virginia, incl. Chief Justice Goodwyn throws out appeal of Brian D. Hill’s dismissed Petition for the Writ of Actual Innocence. It wasn’t dismissed because Brian had no merit of proclaiming actual innocence, no that was not the reason, it was dismissed on a legal technicality, and was procedurally barred by technicality and procedurally defaulted. Brian was the former news reporter of USWGO Alternative News.
The Deep State for some reason cannot assassinate Brian D. Hill so they found a way to try to destroy him. Put him on probation, not allow him to use the internet so he cannot defend himself while people corrupt black hats lie about Brian, and make Brian’s life as much of a hell as possible so that Brian will end his life. That was their plan all along because God is protecting Brian. Brian is protected from being murdered, so they want Brian to end his life. That was always the Deep State plan. They knew the evidence is sufficient to acquit this innocent man, they are being blackmailed or compromised or threatened by the Deep State. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News files two major motions with hundreds of pages in each motion proving his actual innocence to his state conviction of indecent exposure by the Circuit Court for the corrupt City of Martinsville. What will the Deep State intelligence minions do now? What will Judge Giles Carter Greer do, the judge over that Circuit Court? What will corrupt Commonwealth Attorney Glen Andrew Hall do now? Brian proved the lab testing was deleted by the hospital, covered up. Brian was not medically cleared by the usual medical standards. Even if The Chimney Sweep gets away with poisoning Brian Hill, Brian has the proof he was not medically cleared before being arrested.
Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News has a second oral argument before the Supreme Court of Virginia. He argued before the Supreme Court of Virginia in December 1, 2020, also arguing the actual innocence exception. This is the second time Brian has made oral argument about his legal right to prove actual innocence to a crime he was accused of. This is regarding his actual innocence to his state conviction in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He argues that he should not be procedurally barred from being allowed to prove actual innocence in a Petition for the Writ of Actual Innocence. He argued that if he can prove his actual innocence, he should be allowed to prove that. That anybody procedurally barred from proving actual innocence to a criminal charge by a state court contradicts U.S. Supreme Court precedent regarding the fundamental miscarriage of justice exception.
