Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News files two major motions with hundreds of pages in each motion proving his actual innocence to his state conviction of indecent exposure by the Circuit Court for the corrupt City of Martinsville. What will the Deep State intelligence minions do now? What will Judge Giles Carter Greer do, the judge over that Circuit Court? What will corrupt Commonwealth Attorney Glen Andrew Hall do now? Brian proved the lab testing was deleted by the hospital, covered up. Brian was not medically cleared by the usual medical standards. Even if The Chimney Sweep gets away with poisoning Brian Hill, Brian has the proof he was not medically cleared before being arrested.
Brian D. Hill’s family has filed two complaints on Brian’s behalf. Brian D. Hill formerly ran and founded USWGO Alternative News before he was framed and wrongfully prosecuted during the Obama Administration in 2013-2014. Brian filed a complaint against a Rocky Mount based business entity named as “The Chimney Sweep” for allegedly causing the carbon monoxide poisoning of Brian D. Hill and his mother after allegedly placing “metal tin” on top of the chimney flues of the apartments where both Brian and his mother had lived in. According to a copy of an arrest warrant against Brian Hill in 2018 exhibited in the complaint, the prolonged exposure to carbon monoxide led to the abnormal situation where on the night of September 21, 2018, from midnight to 3AM, Brian was acting paranoid and was walking on a deserted trail naked and not making any sense when he was questioned by law enforcement. The first responders couldn’t even figure out why Brian was out there like that. They just assumed Brian was lying and charged him with intentionally making an obscene display despite the fact that no evidence is in support of this claim. The only reason Brian was wrongfully convicted was, again, by a Public Defender just like Eric David Placke in Brian’s federal case, nicknamed as slackey Placke. The evidence is overwhelming, even though the levels were not found due to incompetence and medical malpractice, but the evidence in the second filed complaint shown that the levels in Brian’s blood were not tested due to the alleged misconduct of Dr. Brant D. Hinchman of Sovah Health Martinsville, a hospital in Martinsville, Virginia. Still enough evidence exists which prove that Brian D. Hill was innocent of his state charge of indecent exposure. His charge needs to be OVERTURNED, THROWN OUT, SUBJECT TO ACQUITTAL IMMEDIATELY. This is publicly put on his blog to ensure readers that Brian Hill is in fact innocent. There is enough evidence where a reasonable pack of jurors would need to find him not guilty due to the carbon monoxide gas exposure and poisoning. This further proves the theory that Brian D. Hill may have been a target of the Deep State, CIA, who are angry at Brian for not ending his fight to be found actually innocent in federal court. They are very angry at Brian so great care should be taken by good police and good government employees to look out for Brian throughout this entire process.

Brian D. Hill formerly of USWGO Alternative News, angry that his Judicial Complaint with evidence suggesting blackmail of Federal Judges was dismissed. Brian filed his Petition for Review with recent emails directly from Attorney L. Lin Wood sent to myself, Stanley Bolten, and forwarded to Brian’s mother Roberta Hill. Lin Wood corrected Brian assuming that Lin Wood somehow possessed the videos and made sure he was aware that he only had the encryption key password to the encrypted blackmail videos. It’s okay for Brian to assume Lin Wood may had possessed the videos as his tweets in January of 2021 sounded confusing, but Lin Wood clarified his earlier claims on Twitter which probably confused many as to who actually possessed the alleged blackmail videos. Now it all makes sense. The blackmail was given by The Lizard Squad to American Actor Issac Kappy and then he was murdered. However before Isaac Kappy’s unexpected death, his trustworthy friends who had the blackmail videos gave the key to Attorney L. Lin Wood and the blackmail video evidence encrypted to another person who this source has yet to be made public. Brian renewed his complaint with additional evidence to focus on the fact that the investigators need to actually watch the blackmail video files in order to know which Federal Judges inside of the United States of America is on the alleged child rape and murder videos. Lin Wood told Stanley Bolten and Brian D. Hill to “keep fighting”. The emails from Lin Wood verify the existence of the alleged child rape and murder blackmail videos and that Lin Wood doesn’t actually possess the videos but he and his trustworthy associates all has the encrypted password as was said in his tweets. Brian also had written Secretary James Ishida of the Fourth Circuit’s Judicial Council. That letter is being published here on public record for the court of public opinion. Brian is begging the Judicial Council to investigate the blackmail videos and take action on any Federal Judges caught in the blackmail videos of child rape and murder as alleged on Twitter.
We have noticed that the Clerk of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina is refusing to file a Mandamus letter which insinuated that any of their Judges may have been blackmailed with child rape and murder. Luckily that letter was filed in Brian’s Judicial Complaint as well and published on this blog. Brian again brought up the Attorney L. Lin Wood tweets regarding the Lizard Squad leak of blackmail videotapes. As far as Brian’s family is concerned, they have not received a notification of receipt of Brian’s letter to the Clerk’s office. All of this is odd and may violate Federal Law where any pleadings and letters concerning a criminal case or civil case directly must be docketed by the Clerk or forwarded to the appropriate official. The Clerk’s Office has officially or non-officially COVERED UP the letter from Brian D. Hill by not filing it in the District Court’s public records.

The complaint alleges unlawful discrimination, bias, prejudice, and that the law has not been equally applied to everybody in his criminal and civil cases. He argued that the Judge is not acting impartial and that the reason possibly why is because, again, well you know the Attorney L. Lin Wood tweets saying that officials and judges were being blackmailed with child rape and murder. It appears to be worded carefully to prevent any possible defamation, since Brian doesn’t have the actual physical video recordings proving the actual blackmail. It is worded carefully with the suggestion that two Corrupt Federal Judges may or may not be involved in the blackmail videotapes which Lin Wood was mentioning on Twitter. He argued that Lin Wood’s tweet was vague and can include any Judge inside of the United States. Very smart for Brian. Very smart 4D chess moves. If he were not wrongfully convicted, he could become a very well skilled lawyer.
