Trio of petitions asserting that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court in Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina had inappropriately refused to follow the case law precedents set by the Supreme Court. The case law authorities such as the Constitutional right to a Jury Trial for supervised release violators who are charged and accused but not yet convicted of a supervised release violation. Constitutional rights such as the inherit powers of Federal Courts to vacate fraudulent begotten judgments when a judgment is grounded upon fraud. Constitutional rights such as the right to prove factual innocence to a criminal conviction that your actually innocent of. That the Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act shall not abate actual innocence claims. All of that had been docketed today, on October 21, 2021. All were considered filed on October 8, 2021, because that was the date when the UPS label was generated by Roberta Hill, Brian’s mother. All three petitions were mailed in the same box with the USWGO Logo affixed to the box with the words: “JUSTICEFORUSWGO.WORDPRESS.COM – GOD – JESUS – COUNTRY – JUSTICE – FREEDOM – LIBERTY – NO CORRUPTION”.
The corrupt “United States Court of appeals for the Fourth Circuit” completely dismissed former USWGO alternative news reporter Brian D. Hill’s fraud upon the court ground and his actual innocence ground in his 2255 case under federal Writ of Habeas Corpus. It is a short memorandum opinion, then simply dismissed. No ruling on the actual merits, I do not believe that the corrupt “Fourth Circuit” is even reviewing over the evidence at all. The opinion being short for such a complex criminal case is very revealing that the Fourth Circuit federal court of appeals could care less about any appeal that Brian files at all.

Hill of USWGO alternative news had filed an appeal brief in his federal criminal case, challenging U.S. District Court tyrant judge Adolf Thomas David Schroeder claiming that all affidavits, witnesses, evidence, and testimony in support of Brian’s claims of fraud upon the court against AUSA Ramaswamy are all “meritless”. How are all affidavits, witnesses, and witnesses without cross examination meritless????

Before Thanksgiving, Brian mailed out a motion to vacate fraudulent begotten judgment involving violation of his supervised release but has this time it was filed it in the “Western District of Virginia” in Roanoke. This has been after the case was partially transferred to the U.S. district court in Roanoke, Virginia.
After pressure given to the clerk’s office, they have finally filed the “notice of appeal” for Brian D.
