A panel of justices at the Supreme Court of Virginia, incl. Chief Justice Goodwyn throws out appeal of Brian D. Hill’s dismissed Petition for the Writ of Actual Innocence. It wasn’t dismissed because Brian had no merit of proclaiming actual innocence, no that was not the reason, it was dismissed on a legal technicality, and was procedurally barred by technicality and procedurally defaulted. He argued before the Supreme Court of Virginia in December 1, 2020, also arguing the actual innocence exception. This is the second time Brian has made oral argument about his legal right to prove actual innocence to a crime he was accused of. This is regarding his actual innocence to his state conviction in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He argues that he should not be procedurally barred from being allowed to prove actual innocence in a Petition for the Writ of Actual Innocence. He argued that if he can prove his actual innocence, he should be allowed to prove that. That anybody procedurally barred from proving actual innocence to a criminal charge by a state court contradicts U.S. Supreme Court precedent regarding the fundamental miscarriage of justice exception.

It is time to reveal those who I believe may allegedly be responsible for framing Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News with child porn. We Are Change did an article on this in 2016, as well as that article referenced on ActivistPost in 2019, about the State Bureau of Investigation case file claiming that it was downloading between July 20, 2012, and July 28, 2013. Brian’s computer was seized on August 28, 2012. The only way this allegation becomes plausible is if former police detective Robert Bridge knew anything about computer hacking himself, or even placing of computer viruses or having knowledge of computer viruses or Trojan horses. If he knew enough about computer IT Security and hacking, then this makes him the primary suspect or culprit as to who was responsible for this child porn frame up in 2012.
