USWGO alternative news former reporter Brian D. Hill’s court appointed attorney John I. Jones finally responds to Brian’s allegations in fear that his attorney may have been threatened or pressured or blackmailed into not filing before the 40-day deadline. He denies such claims and it is his right to do so, we have the Fifth Amendment in this great country, so we will leave it at that. Also filed a motion to withdraw as counsel, saying that Brian’s appeals have lack of being meritorious, and filed the petitions for appeal with just one assignment of error in the Court of Appeals in Virginia. Hill filed a letter with the Court of Appeals of Virginia with evidence showing the Court that lawyers in his federal criminal case over child porn set up were being given threatening messages with such an intent to try to have Brian stop his appeal in his federal case. Again cited the attorney L. Lin Wood tweets of judges and politicians being blackmailed with child rape and murder, and said it is relevant to his claims.

In that letter he decided to paste some censored Tweet screenshots from L. Lin Wood in January, about judges and politicians being blackmailed with child rape and murder. Is he essentially accusing the Judge in Martinsville, Giles Carter Greer and any or all Virginia Judges of being possibly a blackmailed Judge? He is putting out the information about this and this will likely stir up anybody who was ever blackmailed by the U.S. intelligence agencies as attorney Lin Wood had spoken of.
